Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Ten Entertainment Group plc ('TEG', the 'Company' or the 'Group'), one of the UK's leading family entertainment companies with 43 sites, announces the appointment of Antony Smith as Chief Financial Officer. Antony joins as CFO Designate on 18 March and formally takes up his position as CFO and joins the Board effective 1 April, succeeding Mark Willis who will leave the Group on 31 March.

He most recently served as Finance Director of Wickes, the retail division of Travis Perkins PLC. Prior to this, Antony spent five years with Premier Foods PLC and four years with RHM PLC. His continuous employment culminated in deputising for the CFO as Director of Finance, where his responsibility involved consolidating the Group's results and financial reporting. In addition, Antony spent two years as Strategic Finance Manager at RAC plc; two years with Pearl Assurance as a Strategy Analyst; and began his career in 1996 with Alfred McApline PLC.

Antony holds a Masters in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
