Director Resignation

Ten Entertainment Group plc ('TEG', the 'Company' or the 'Group'), one of the UK's leading tenpin bowling companies, today announces that Mr Rob McWilliam has notified the Company of his resignation as a non-executive director as he has accepted a new full-time executive role as Chief Financial Officer of Asda Stores Limited.  Mr McWilliam will stand down following the publication of the Group's interim results in September.

The Board will be seeking to appoint a new non-executive director as soon as possible and will make a further announcement in due course.
